Nour Rizk for Anthropologie Linen Drop 2024 | Robust 2023/4 Sales at Anthropologie

Swiss-Lebanese model Nour Rizk showcases Anthropologie’s [IG] May 2024 Linen collection, lensed by photographer Marie Schmidt [IG] in Ibiza.

The all-linen collection is massive in scope and makes a strong sustainability statement without uttering the word.

On a sidenote, Nour Rizk also appeared in the Brunello Cucinelli SS2024 campaign. While Anthropologie’s price points are lower, there’s little dispute that both brands share a common sensibility with Anthropologie often having twists of whimsy, which are less evident at Cucinelli.

Nour Rizk on Creativity

Born in Geneva, Rizk grew up between Lebanon and Quatar and — most recently — Dubai.

“I’m beyond grateful that even though I’ve travelled a lot and been around different cultures my whole life, my family has always raised me in Arab countries. As the values and customs of the Arab world, which I adore, are a big part of who I am,” the rising model told Bazaar Arabia in November 2023.

2023/4 Business Results at Anthropologie

Anthropologie’s first quarter sales ending April 30, 2024 delivered a 10.4% increase.

Urban Outfitters continues to drag on overall performance with a decrease of 13.7% for first quarter 2024.

Anthropologie Regenerative Cotton Project

Anthropologie will introduce its first regenerative cotton capsule collection in 2024. The line will reimagine existing customer favorites, now made with third-party certified regenerative cotton.

The brand has also forged a new relationship with Kiss the Ground, a nonprofit promoting regeneration and healthy soil. Anthropologie has committed to an annual contribution of $100,000 to Kiss the Ground. In April, Anthropologie customers were encouraged to also contribute to Kiss the Ground at checkout.
