British artist Anthea Hamilton graduated from the Royal College of Art and was one of four creatives shortlisted for the 2016 Turner Prize. Hamilton is known for her strange and surreal artworks and often large-scale installations that captivate museum-goers. Her Turner Prize installation ‘Project For Door’ was the 2016 show’s most popular exhibit — and it had nothing to do with vegetables — a common passion of the artist.

Anthea Hamilton brought her art in the form of Pumpkins no.5, 6, 7 2022 to the LOEWE Fall 2022 campaign.

LOEWE Creative Director Jonathan Anderson first met Hamilton in 2015, when he commissioned her to create a trio of artworks as part of a Loewe Foundation project for the Miami Design District. The two creatives have been friends ever since and were featured together in conversation by the New York Times in March, 2017.
