France's First Lady Brigitte Macron joined her husband President Emanuel Macron in welcoming the French soccer team to the Elysée Palace today. Macron turned to her frequent designer Louis Vuitton to celebrate France's World Cup win in a chic LBD -- in bleu, of course. Vogue writes:
Macron’s minimal dress was in line with her previous pieces designed by Nicolas Ghesquière. The cap sleeves were an elegant alternative to going sleeveless for summer, and balanced the above-the-knee length. A topstitched center-front seam created an elongating effect, as did her pale, neutral-toned pumps. But the best part of Macron’s look? Twinning with the victors in navy blue.
