The health benefits of eating organic has been debated until now — and surely there will still be pushback on the results of a large new internaitonal study suggesting that organic foods contain higher levels of antioxidents than conventionally grown foods.
The research, led by Newcastle University and published last week in the British Journal of Nutrition, found concentrations of antioxidants such as polyphenolics that were 18- to 69-percent higher in organic food.
