Gigi Hadid Headlines Burberry Monogram Collection, Playing Four S(HE) Roles By Nick Knight
/One of Richardo Tisci’s first design efforts at Burberry was the release of a new identity for the 163-year-old British fashion house. Tisci collaborated with Peter Saville on the new graphic orange, white, and tan monogram featuring TB. The logo was inspired by one Tisci discovered in the luxury brand’s archives, conceived by Thomas Burberry in 2908.
Fashion world hasn’t seen a lot of the reinvented logo until now with the release of a new Monogram Collection modeled by Gigi Hadid. British Vogue explains that all the pieces are categorized by four distinct personalities borne out of Tisci’s imagination: the Girl, the Boy, the Lady, and the Gentleman.
Hadid plays each of the four personalities in the campaign, lensed by Nick Knight with styling by Katy England.
