Tom Ford Co. Names CEO Guillaume Jesel and Creative Director Peter Hawkings

Guillaume Jesel brings nearly a decade of successful brand leadership experience from his time at Tom Ford Beauty. Under his tenure, the brand spearheaded iconic innovation and strategically expanded its global reach, firmly establishing Tom Ford Beauty as a powerhouse in luxury beauty. In his new role as President and CEO of Tom Ford, Jesel will have oversight across all verticals and set a holistic luxury strategy for the brand.
Peter Hawkings, on the other hand, has been working alongside Tom Ford for nearly twenty-five years. He began his career at Gucci in 1998 under Ford's guidance before joining the Tom Ford brand in 2006. As the new Creative Director, Hawkings will be responsible for upholding the brand's vision and ensuring consistency of creative direction across all fashion categories. He will also usher the Tom Ford brand into its next chapter as the lead designer for the fashion segment and fashion shows.

Tom Ford Returns to Filmmaking
Tom Ford will return to his second love, which is filmmaking, via his production company, Fade to Black. He has already made successful movies, including 2009’s widely-acclaimed A Single Man, which he wrote, produced and directed and Nocturnal Animals, starring Amy Adams and Jake Gyllenhaal, in 2016.
