Halima Aden is interviewed in Teen Vogue who accompanied her to the Kakuma refugee camp in Kenya where she was born and lived for seven years. In addition to participating in the first TEDx event ever in a refugee camp, Halima also learned that she was named a UNICEF ambassador. Her TEDx video has not yet posted but we covered her trip with another video made by Teen Vogue.
