Jean Campbell Covers Vogue Czech April 2025, Shot by Carlos Roca in Peacehaven, England

Barcelona-based photographer Carlos Roca [IG] previews top model Jean Campbell wearing Chanel on the cover of Vogue Czechoslovakia, styled by fashion director Milena Zuravlijova. She adds Alexander McQueen, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, Miu Miu and more to the fashion and style mix.

The cover story ‘Inner Rhythm’ is shot in Peacehaven, a community that deserves inclusion in Vogue Czech’s [IG] April 2025 issue with its ‘Under the Radar’ theme. Note that Vogue says it was shot in Eastbourne, which is right on the water and about 15 miles from beloved Peacehaven’s cliffs, which have special meaning to Roca. / Hair by Tomi Roppongi; makeup by Bari Khalique

Peacehaven and the Plotlands Movement

Peacehaven, a coastal town in East Sussex, England, holds a unique place in historical narratives, serving as an example of early 20th-century urban planning and community development. Established in 1916 by entrepreneur Charles Neville, Peacehaven was envisioned as a respite from the industrial bustle of nearby cities. Neville's vision was revolutionary for its time, promoting the notion of affordable housing amidst natural beauty, which was appealing to those desiring an escape from urban congestion in pursuit of a healthier for of suburban living.

AOC will follow the Peacehaven story in AOC Living and update this post with new images when released.
