Acne Studios S/S 2025 Campaign by Sharna Osborne | Acne Achieves B Corp Status

Filmmaker and photographer Sharna Osborne [IG] lives in a high-definition world with her own 90s lo-fi artistic sensibility. In a world where art and fashion are absolutely colliding, Osborne’s audience-lens is widening.

Discovered by Katie Grand, New Zealand-born Osborne shot the Acne Studios S/S 2025 campaign, working with artist Jonathan Lyndon Chase. Viewing Chases’s profile, AOC notes that he also carried his artistry into an Acne Studios home collection [IG]. It gets better and better; here are other Chase pieces on the Acne Studios IG. / Hair by Anthony Turner; makeup by Karin Westerlund

Models Africa Garcia, Alex Consani, Laiza de Moura and Mary Ukech are styled by Léopold Duchemin in Acne Studios SS-2025 collection. Osborne’s graphic approach to presenting the spring campaign visually to the public lines up perfectly with the clothes and design elements themselves. Take a look on Vogue Runway.

Acne Studios Reaches B Corp Certification

The Acne Studios business unit kicked off 2025, announcing that it has earned the prestigious B Corp certification. The issue is a critical one for our young people who will inherit an increasingly complex world on many fronts — including the very real impacts of climate change.

B Corp status is a long and difficult designation to achieve, on average taking 24 months to complete. That timeline assumes that the business is ready to seek certification and has met many of the required benchmarks, typically with an assessment by an expert very knowledgeable about the process.

Pillars of B Corp Status

The B Corp certification measures a company’s environmental and societal footprint, focusing on the five key impact areas of governance, workers, community, environment, and customers. The rigorous application process of over 300 questions, examining every aspect of the business against these criteria, requires a business to score at least 80 points out of 200. This benchmark signifies that the brand is meeting high transparency, accountability and verified performance standards.

For Acne Studios, nabbing the B Corp certification aligns with the brand’s ‘Creative Manifesto’, which “represents shared values and defines a set of nine key sustainability targets, from materials to supply chains, workers’ rights and circular packaging.” Read more about the new B Corp status on the Acne Studios website.
